Create friction for things you do not want to do. Make it annoying or difficult to do that thing. Want to be on your phone less? Put your phone charger in the other room and not at your desk or next to your bed.
Eliminate friction for all the things you do want to do. Make it super easy and eliminate choice. Want to exercise more? Put your running shoes at the foot of the bed.
